It’s a powerful statement about our collective strength as women; we’re more than just our anatomy, and we intend to make our voices heard.
For me, the candidate who prioritizes the interests of women and mothers is clear. There’s a reason why it’s often said that women and mothers are Donald Trump’s greatest fear. We view him as a danger to our children’s future, and we all know how fiercely mothers protect their cubs.
We won’t be silent.
We won’t let anyone intimidate our children.
We won’t allow our daughters to accept the derogatory remarks made about women.
We won’t stand by while politicians encroach on our rights over our own bodies.
We will fight for equal pay.
We will advocate for laws that ensure our families are safe.
We will demand that every child receives a quality education.
We will ensure all children, regardless of race, have equal opportunities.
And we will keep the conversation going.
So, go ahead and dismiss us, Donald Trump. Feel free to expel us from your rallies, criticize breastfeeding, and reduce us to mere anatomy. But remember, women represent over half of the electoral vote, and we tend to lean towards Democratic candidates.
We’re not voting for a candidate simply because she is a woman; we’re voting for her because we recognize the importance of women’s rights and values. America is already a great nation, let’s not forget that.
