Your wife is feeling the same way, and she has a lot more on her plate—hormonal changes, physical discomfort, and the anticipation of labor. Instead of voicing your fears, be her cheerleader. Embrace the journey together instead of letting your worries overshadow the joy of this moment.

3. “Why Are You Crying Again?”

It’s time to stop acting like her emotional state is an inconvenience. Pregnancy brings on a whirlwind of feelings, and while you may feel composed, she’s navigating a lot more than you are. Quit dismissing her emotions as ‘hormonal’ and instead offer a comforting hug or ask how you can help. Sometimes, she just needs a moment to breathe.

4. “Do We Really Have to Go Get Taco Bell at 9:30 PM?”

Remember that time you dashed out for your late-night craving? Well, it’s time to return the favor. If your pregnant wife is craving something, don’t complain; just get up and go! She’s the one carrying your child, after all.
