Partnering with the newly established diverse doll brand, Real Women Are, the doll is available for a short window of 72 hours on the waitlist, ensuring buyers can secure their purchase when it launches in July.
The Cardi B doll, priced at $35, is set to be released today, and the waitlist will only accept entries for a brief period. Additional outfits and accessories will be available separately, with shipping commencing in July.
“As a mother, I feel it’s crucial to provide my daughter with role models and inspiring women to look up to,” Cardi B stated in a press release. Her daughter, Kira, certainly has an incredible figure to admire. Cardi not only inspired the doll but also played a key role in its creative development.
“Collaborating with Real Women Are allows me to offer my daughter and other girls toys that reflect their identities and inspire them,” Cardi B explained. “We’ve made strides, but we still have far to go in terms of representation. It truly matters.”
Real Women Are is the first doll brand owned and led by minority women, focusing on inclusivity and representation for girls of all backgrounds, supported by the National Entertainment Collectibles Association (NECA). Their mission is to celebrate strong women and promote authenticity, with future dolls representing a wide array of colors, shapes, sizes, and abilities.

Growing up, I never had a doll that represented me,” Cardi shared with Today. “When you walked down the doll aisle, there were either very light or very dark dolls, with hardly anything in between. None of them had my style or flavor; I wanted something that truly reflected me.”
