In a rare moment, former President Donald Trump seemed to concede that Joe Biden emerged victorious in the presidential election. In a series of tweets, some of which were later deleted, Trump tweeted “He won,” but immediately shifted blame, suggesting that external factors led to his defeat.
He claimed, “He won because the Election was Rigged. NO VOTE WATCHERS OR OBSERVERS allowed, vote tabulated by a Radical Left privately owned company, Dominion, with a bad reputation & bum equipment.”
