Freeform has just announced its much-anticipated lineup for the 25 Days of Christmas, featuring a delightful array of films and specials that are sure to elevate your holiday spirit. While some viewers have their favorite holiday movies they revisit year after year, others eagerly look forward to Freeform’s offerings, which include beloved classics and exciting new original films.
New Original Film: Ghosting: The Spirit of Christmas
This year, the network introduces Ghosting: The Spirit of Christmas, premiering on Wednesday, December 4. This heartwarming tale revolves around Jess, portrayed by the talented Aisha Dee from The Bold Type. Following a fateful first date, Jess unexpectedly “ghosts” her date, Ben, after a tragic accident. Stuck on Earth and unable to move on, she must rely on her best friend Kara (played by Kimiko Glenn from Orange Is the New Black), who is the only one able to see and hear her.
Good Trouble Holiday Special
In addition to new films, fans of The Fosters will be thrilled to see a two-hour holiday special titled Good Trouble airing on December 16. The Adams-Foster clan reunites for Christmas, with the first hour titled “Nochebuena,” where Callie navigates her decision to quit her clerkship, and Mariana volunteers for a holiday festival. The second hour, “A Very Coterie Christmas,” features the families organizing a last-minute volunteer event.
Wrap Battle Premiere
The festive programming doesn’t stop there. On November 25, Freeform will launch Wrap Battle, where nine contestants vie to become the ultimate gift wrapper, featuring personalities like Sheryl Underwood and Carson Kressley as judges.
Classic Holiday Films
