As a parent of a young child, I often find myself reflecting on the advice given by seasoned moms. They gaze off into the distance, reminiscing, and tell me to cherish these fleeting days with my little one because, honestly, time moves way too fast. I nod in agreement, but let’s be real: sometimes it feels like time is zipping by, while other moments crawl at a snail’s pace.
From my perspective, this is how the experience typically unfolds. To all the parents out there who remind me that “it goes so fast,” I appreciate your wisdom. You’re absolutely right. While I might not always want to hear it, I genuinely understand the sentiment.
