This adorable kitten photoshoot has taken the internet by storm, and the images are being utilized for a wonderful cause. A photographer, known for capturing human subjects, decided to venture into the world of kitten photography, resulting in hilariously cute images. After her daughter welcomed a new kitten into their home, the mother saw the perfect opportunity for an unconventional “newborn” photoshoot.
And now, both the internet and a local animal shelter are immensely thankful.
Maddie Clark, a photographer at Whiskers Photography, recently added a new furry friend to her family when her daughter, Bella, finally got the kitten she had longed for. To celebrate this moment, Clark organized a “newborn” style photoshoot for their nine-week-old kitten, Luna. The shoot included adorable headbands and cozy wraps, reminiscent of traditional baby photography.
Clark shared with Home Insemination Kit, “Bella is five and has been pleading for a kitten forever. We figured it was finally time, so we did a quick photoshoot just for fun. We never expected it to gain so much popularity!”

The response was overwhelming. The original post garnered over 64,000 shares on social media, with countless comments from users gushing over the cuteness of the photos. Inspired by the enthusiastic feedback, Clark decided to do something even more impactful to harness the internet’s affection for this dressed-up kitten.
All profits from a year-long series of adorable kitten photos will be donated to a local animal rescue organization, Paws for a Cause. “Luna has found her forever home, but let’s help other kittens find theirs!” Clark said.
So, if you’re considering adopting a kitten in need, you might want to book a photoshoot with Clark, who is open to capturing images of sweet and calm kittens. “I usually photograph human babies, but I’d love to give kitten photography a shot!” she added.
Imagine adorning your home with images like these!

Your human kids might feel a twinge of jealousy, but who could resist that adorable face? Plus, with proceeds benefiting a fantastic cause, it’s clearly a must-have. Keep in mind that not all images are being released, as they will be featured in the upcoming calendar, so making a donation for your own copy is a great idea.
We hope many new kitten parents reach out to Clark for their own photoshoots, as we’d love to see more of this cuteness flooding our social media feeds.
