Samantha Greene was perusing the aisles of the upscale English retailer, Harrods, when her 16-month-old daughter, Lily, threw a fit. In response, a Harrods representative mentioned they are looking into the incident and cannot confirm whether Samantha was indeed asked to leave. Nonetheless, they have extended an official apology and are working on training employees to better manage similar situations in the future.
No parent enjoys being in such a predicament.
