I have three children: two boys and a girl, each with their own designated character. At times, they even turn on me at bedtime, shouting things like “Never, Luna Girl!” and occasionally, Dad gets dubbed “Romeo.” Our youngest has taken on the role of Gekko, loyally trailing behind his brother and sister on their imaginative escapades.
While children’s television usually doesn’t grab my attention, I genuinely support their PJ Masks obsession. It’s a rare delight to see all three of my kids — aged 7, 4, and 1 — share a common interest that not only captivates them but also sparks imaginative play when the screen is off.
